Two important factors are shown by table 9 on enrollment by grade level.
- All ECE enrollments for 2008 are included in the Elementary figures.
- Analysis of the base population is required to determine if the ratio of girls to boys is a true reflection of the underlying population. This is another endeavor that cannot be adequately completed until a reliable population count is available.
